Full Description of the Return/Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You are responsible for return shipping cost. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Required Condition of the Item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unstained, and undamaged items and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as an Order Confirmation email from us or our approval upon request.

Non-Returnable Items:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@creamtoe.com and send your item to our affiliated or associated manufacturers directly.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to directed return center's address provided after your return request has been approved.

You are responsible for return shipping cost. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We strongly recommend that you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item you have ordered is damaged, contact us immediately upon receipt via e-mail. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available in stock, a merchandise credit less shipping cost will be issued for use on a future purchase.

All merchandise returns are handled on a case by case basis and must be submitted in writing and be approved by management. In the event of a merchandise return, Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges plus a 30% restocking fee, which is non-refundable. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Specific Terms of a Merchandise Return

We will authorize your credit card at the time you complete the checkout process on our web site.

  • All returns must be reported via written e-mail to Creamtoe.com within 2 days of receipt.
  • Returned items must be unused and undamaged. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuance of refunds, credits, or exchanges.
  • Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the return carrier for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
  • Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
  • Pick up/call tag service is not available for return merchandise.
  • All returns subject to a 30% restocking fee, which is assessed to the value of the product.

Return Procedures

Please send returns to us insured for the full purchase value using a traceable shipping method such as UPS. Merchandise should be carefully packaged to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with a note included about the merchandise displaying the original order number and appropriate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the package. To obtain a RMA number for your order, please e-mail us. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.

NOTE: Please allow up to five (5) business days for us to process your return.

Creamtoe.com Wholesale is not responsible for any merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms:

  • We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
  • Any item that we suspect of being used will be refused and returned.
  • Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.
  • We do not issue refunds on the shipping cost initiated through the return of merchandise.

Cancellation Policy

All orders changed from Pending to Processing are confirmed orders in our system. Any cancellations during our warehouse 7-10 business day lead time will incur a 30% cancellation fee. Refusal and/or non-delivery of a shipment is subject to a 30% restocking fee and payment of all shipping costs.
